Livery at Country Farm Stud appeals to owners who like the facilities and peace of mind of being on a professional yard.

We offer various types of livery all year round, with only a small number of liveries these facilities are always available without the need for booking of queuing you may find on yard with a large number of liveries. We have some of the best facilities in the North West and 24 hour qualified care, each horse or pony is treated as an individual and the highest standards are guaranteed.

The extras we offer:-

24 hour qualified supervision, help and assistance is always there if needed.

You can always ride when you want, – As we are not a riding school the arenas are not used for block periods for lessons and with only handful of liveries and two large schools (one indoor & one outdoor) there is no queuing to get in them.

All liveries are worm egg counted reducing the need and cost of as well as being much healthier for the horse than unnecessary worming.

We deal with vets and farriers for you so you don’t need to arrange visits around work and all packages are tailor made around your horse and you.

Our liveries can take advantage of our twice monthly free vet visits for which there is no call out charge reducing yearly vet fees.

We also have a monthly clinic here with the renowned lameness expert Peter Scholfiedl from Hird and Partners

Late night yard checks and extra feed can be given if required

Emergency Full livery service if live throws you a curve ball, even at 8pm at night.

Part Livery Packages

We have  livery packages to suit individual requirements they all include  Ad lib haylage. Our assisted DIY includes  morning feed and nets and basic night yard check. Other packages include summer changing rugs for turnout and all year  daily turn out. We can also finish off put on boots, lunch time nets, night yard nets and  deal with the farrier and vet visits, so  all you need to do is turn up at any time during the day to muck out and make feeds and nets. You can use our day full livery service if you can’t get here or just want a day off. All horses are also checked on night yards.

Holiday Livery

We can look after your horse whilst you are away on holiday or if you are bringing your horse on holiday as we are close to many of the holiday parks in the area. Prices on application depending on requirements.
