TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

The stud fee is for one mare only
Two insemination doses will be sent out upon payment of relevant fees. Further doses will be despatched upon receipt of a negative pregnancy diagnosis, the stud fee includes up to 4 insemination doses if required.

TRANSPORT OF SEMEN Unless collection is being arranged by yourselves, semen will be dispatched direct from Stallion A.I Services.  The cost of delivery can be found in our current fees.

COVERING CERTIFICATES All certificates will be forwarded to the mare owner on receipt of a Positive Pregnancy Diagnosis Certificate.

FEES The Stud Fee + delivery must be paid before any Semen will be released. Two insemination doses will be sent. Further semen will only be released on payment of another delivery fee. The Flask which is the property of Stallion A.I Services must be returned within 6 days, flasks not returned will be charged by Stallion A.I Services.

Any outstanding accounts not settled by 1st September will forfeit the issuing of service certificates or eligibility for a free return.

BOOKING FEE A £100 Booking Fee is required to secure a Nomination. The booking fee is non returnable unless a veterinary certificate is supplied stating a veterinary reason for the nomination not to be taken.
